Happiness might sound very difficult to find but if you are focused and decided what exactly you want and sure that what makes you happy then is not that difficult to find happiness. The following are tips on your way to happiness.

Firstly, you should know that happiness do not exist if you are not ready for it. You are your own happiness and its a good idea if you will start taking initiations right from yourself.

Making someone else smile can become a nice way for you to be happy. If you can make someone smiles in that he will feel better, feel younger and all the attributes related to happiness, then basically you will feel better about yourself.

Take a walk. Walking burns calories and increase your blood circulation. It also increase your brain function and help in sugar regulations not to forget the relieving of PMS symptoms.

It will be a good idea also to start eating foods from plants such as vegetables and fruits. These foods have less calories on them and therefore will make you feel rejuvenated and full of energy.

Work on your reading interest. It is known that reading increase your ability focus, expand your knowledge, improving your memory and building self esteem.

Start communicating with best friends. Communicating help you relieve some of the burdens which has been burning in you and therefore it will be a good idea share as friends are there for us.

Spending time with a person who is 70year of age or a child who is less than 6 years of age can be the best moment since the wisdom you will acquire from the old person will be immeasurable and help you understand life while the simplicity of a baby will help you to live your real life.

Play more games which offer different values including skill building, developing vocabularies and analytically thinking.

Then live your live to the maximum by enjoying what life has to offer. Never regret of past things.
